Service Conditions

Customers must inspect and report any pre-existing damage before the service begins.
Splashify is not responsible for any personal belongings or valuables left inside the vehicle.
Services are provided using mobile service units at customer-selected locations.

Environmental & Legal Compliance

All services are conducted using mobile units in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Services are performed only at approved locations where mobile car wash operations are permitted.
Water usage and wastewater disposal comply with eco-friendly standards and all applicable environmental regulations.

Homes and villas

Residential communities

Workplace and company parking areas

Other approved locations

Splashify reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any location deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or non-compliant with applicable regulations.

Cancellation Policy

If an order is canceled or modified, the amount will automatically be credited to your Splashify Wallet for future use.
Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Refunds to the original payment method or cash refunds are not provided.

Liability & Damage

Splashify’s liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.
Splashify is not liable for mechanical or electrical issues or any defects in the vehicle, whether identified before or during the service.
Splashify is not responsible for damage caused by faulty parts, poor vehicle condition, worn materials, or aftermarket accessories.

Health & Safety

Customers must maintain a safe distance from the vehicle during the service.
Children and pets must be kept away from the service area at all times.
Any aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward Splashify staff may result in immediate service cancellation without refund.

Licensing & Insurance

Splashify operates in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
All staff are trained professionals and are covered by occupational insurance.

Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via mobile payment methods only, including card payments through the Splashify platform.
Payment must be completed in full before the service begins.

Any eligible refund will be issued as Splashify Wallet credit and cannot be returned to the original payment method.

Splashify Wallet

Splashify Wallet is a digital wallet used to store service credits.
Credits may be used for future services only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which they will automatically expire.

Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled or delayed due to severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond Splashify’s control to ensure safety and maintain service quality.
